Dr. Paciorek is double board-certified in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, reflecting extensive training in both the function and aesthetics of the face and neck. His approach combines advanced surgical techniques with careful planning and individualized treatment, allowing him to create results designed around each patient’s anatomy, goals, and lifestyle.

Education and Training
Dr. Paciorek earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University before receiving his Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Upstate Medical Center. He completed his internship and residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Illinois. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is also a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS).
Beyond the Operating Room
Outside of work, Dr. Paciorek has a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, restoration, and adventure.
He has restored vintage wooden boats, historic engines, tractors, clocks, and radios and is a lifetime member of the Antique and Classic Boat Society as well as a friend of the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton, New York.
That appreciation for precision, patience, and craftsmanship carries naturally into his approach to facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Paciorek has also spent more than 15 years working with the Boy Scouts and enjoys exploring the outdoors. His adventures have included hiking in remote areas of New Mexico, the Adirondack Mountains, and Iceland, as well as scuba diving and sailing.
