“Kind people are my kind of people!” I’ve seen that saying a lot recently and it really applies to Dr. Rich’s staff! From my first interaction with Stephanie, to Amy and to wonderful Yessenia who calmed my jittery nerves with surgery a day away. As a caregiver for my 98-year-old grandfather, I interact with medical professionals all the time who are dismissive and uncooperative. Dr. Rich’s staff treated me with respect and did not minimize my concerns (even when I thought I was being overanxious). Each explanation was thorough, and they were patient and considerate. As I told him during my Facetime visit, Dr. Rich has assembled a wonderful staff and he should be very proud!

The liquid rhinoplasty procedure completely softened my profile without having to do anything drastic. I was in and out of the office within an hour and went right back to work. Dr. Rich was very patient and explained everything before and during the procedure. While it took two sessions, I could not be happier with the final results. I cannot stop looking at my new profile!!

Dr. Rich Castellano is so personable and concerned with his patients’ results. His staff is very warm and attentive. The whole staff makes your experience feel like you are part of a family. A family of getting the exact results you hope for. There is no experience I can personally say I’ve had with another office.I will continue to get procedures with this doctor! I have never had anything like this done before so I was nervous! They made me feel like part of the family. The doctor was amazing, he explained everything so perfectly, and he would say, we are in no rush, we can take a break if you need….but honestly, there was no reason to take a break! As soon as he was done I felt like a million bucks, because I looked like a million bucks!! I’m so glad I did this!!

If you’re looking for expertise, and precision and natural looking results you should consider Dr Castellano. Sure you can get injections cheaper but I would not put a price on a physician that is Double board certified. This is his area of expertise…Cosmetic and plastic surgery. Although I haven’t had plastic surgery, when I’m ready I’ll contact his office first. Love my “liquid lift”!
