Richard “Rich” Castellano, MD is a Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon and one of the top experts in his field. He specializes in lifting and tightening procedures, as well as the latest injection techniques.
Dr. Castellano founded IMAGELIFT in 2012, with the goal of providing minimally invasive, office-based techniques and treatments in facial plastic surgery. His offices in Tampa and The Villages, FL utilize the latest and most innovative technology in the industry (surgical and non-surgical) while offering patients the next level of industry excellence and optimal medical care.
Dedicated to delivering world-class care to his patients, he utilizes his extensive experience in office-based facial plastic surgery to ensure the best outcomes. He has performed over 25,000 surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures of the face and neck – making him one of the most experienced facial plastic surgeons in the U.S. today.
As an expert in his field, Dr. Castellano provides coaching and mentorship to aesthetic professionals, including our very own Master Injectors. His passion for facial aesthetics and patient care led him to found Practice Profitability MD, where he guides plastic surgeons and their teams.
Attending the University of South Florida for both his undergraduate and Medical degree. He completed his surgical training at the prestigious Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Castellano went on to complete a fellowship year in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery studying with some of the world’s greatest experts in the field.
Tampa-native, Dr. Castellano, is a family man blessed with a wonderful wife, three beautiful children, and a furry, four-legged best friend. He is a practicing student of meditation and an avid reader. He and his wife also participate in mentoring efforts with an extensive list of worldwide contacts.

Dr. K, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, brings a wealth of training experience from across the country, including Ohio, Northern California, and New York. Additionally, his passion for humanitarian work has led him to participate in surgical mission trips in South America, providing life-changing care to underserved communities in Guatemala and Ecuador.
Dr. Kieliszak holds impressive credentials, including a dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics from the University of Rochester, followed by medical school at NYCOM. He completed his residency in ENT/FPRS at OhioHealth and a Fellowship in FPRS in Silicon Valley, Northern California.

Originally from Rochester, NY, Dr. Kieliszak enjoys exploring the outdoors, participating in festivals, triathlons, and deep-sea fishing. He also finds joy in reading, self-improvement, astrology, Latin dancing, international travel, hot yoga, and spending time with his beloved dog Daisy.

Dr. Johnson received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. He then went on to complete his residency in Otorhinolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Johnson went back to Indiana University School of Medicine to complete his fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. McEwan completed her Otolaryngology residency at the University of Missouri, followed by a position at a general Otolaryngology practice in Kansas City. She then pursued advanced training in facial plastic surgery through a prestigious fellowship at the Glasgold Group in Princeton, NJ, one of the country’s longest-established programs. During her fellowship, she had the privilege of training under esteemed facial plastic surgeons, including former presidents of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

IMAGELIFT® Tampa welcomes Jennifer Gold, PA-C, to our team.
Specializing in Aesthetic Medicine, Jen is a Master Injector of dermal fillers and neuromodulators (Wrinkle Relaxers), as well as an expert in laser skin rejuvenation.
Jennifer’s philosophy centers upon creating a fully-customized patient experience that empowers her clients to look and feel their best, while still looking natural. Her mastery of the latest non-invasive cosmetic enhancements help patients safely and effectively achieve their desired results.
She takes a personable approach to her work and strives to make each patient feel as cared for, comfortable, and confident with their treatments as possible. Fondly referring to Aesthetics as “Happy Medicine,” she says, “seeing the joy in my patients’ face is what drives me to do what I do each day.”
Some of Jen’s favorite treatments include lip filler and her signature “Nefertiti Lift,” which uses neuromodulators to non-invasively help tighten the neck and jawline area.
Jennifer earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and completed her Masters in Clinical Medicine Science at Barry University. She attended the Aesthetic Skin Institute and has certifications in the application of dermal fillers, lasers, and neuromodulators. She brings more than 5 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine and has trained with world-renowned aesthetics experts including: Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera and Dr. Richard Castellano.

Maria takes a professional and personable approach to her work, striving to make each patient feel as cared for, comfortable, and confident with their treatments as possible. Maria graduated from The Academy of the Holy Names, where she currently sits on the Alumni Board. Maria later received her certificate in Laser Treatment and Facial Care at the prestigious Beauty & Health Institute. While there, she trained in the latest, most innovative aesthetic techniques, including microneedling, facial care, microdermabrasion, laser hair, removal, etc. She is also licensed as a Laser Technician and Facial Care Specialist with the State of Florida.
If you think Maria’s face looks familiar, chances are you have seen her performing with the Flamenco Company of dancers at Ybor’s historic Columbia Restaurant, where she has served 25+ years as the Artistic Department’s Director! Whenever she is not spending her free time directing her dancers or taking care of her two puppies, Tootsie and Cashew – you can find her studying and keeping updated on the latest skin care treatments!
