Dr. Kieliszak, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, brings a wealth of training experience from across the country, including Ohio, Northern California, and New York. Additionally, his passion for humanitarian work has led him to participate in surgical mission trips in South America, providing life-changing care to underserved communities in Guatemala and Ecuador.
Dr. Kieliszak holds impressive credentials, including a dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics from the University of Rochester, followed by medical school at NYCOM. He completed his residency in ENT/FPRS at OhioHealth and a Fellowship in FPRS in Silicon Valley, Northern California.

Originally from Rochester, NY, Dr. Kieliszak enjoys exploring the outdoors, participating in festivals, triathlons, and deep-sea fishing. He also finds joy in reading, self-improvement, astrology, Latin dancing, international travel, hot yoga, and spending time with his beloved dog Daisy.
