Let’s start at square one. “What is a facelift?”, “Do I need a facelift?”, “Is a facelift the best option for the results I’m wanting to achieve?” these are all questions you should answer before making your decision. Cosmetic treatments are an investment in yourself, and you should be 100% confident in your decision. ImageLift is here to inform, educate, answer any questions you may have, and help you feel the most confident in this decision.

When any surgeon is performing a face lifting procedure, they are tightening the muscle layer and removing excess skin. Here at ImageLift, our customized ImageLift™ procedure offers a more complete approach to minimally invasive face lifting procedures. Dr. Rich Castellano is a Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, and he takes into consideration your unique anatomy and goals to offer the most beautiful, natural face lifting results. With seventeen years of experience, Dr. Rich and our entire team here at ImageLift ensure that each patient is offered the utmost care and consideration at each step of their journey with us.

What is the ImageLift™ Facelift?

The ImageLift™ Facelift is our signature minimally invasive face lifting procedure. We offer this procedure in four levels for our patients to achieve their own unique goals: Mini-ImageLift, Mid-ImageLift, The ImageLift, and The Deep ImageLift

We will help you determine which of these options is best for you at your consultation. No matter which option you decide to go with, each of these procedures is performed under local anesthesia in combination with relaxation medication – No need to “go-under” or extensive post-procedure recovery! The ImageLift™ Facelift creates beautifully natural results, while maintaining patient safety.

What will my scars look like?

Our ImageLifts have 3 total incision points. For each ear there is an incision that runs along the tragus, under the earlobe and behind the ear. This placement ensures that the scar is well hidden. The last incision is located just under the chin.

While scarring is just as unique as each individual person. Our expert team will assess your skin’s individual needs to minimize scarring.

Protect your investment by following instructions from your doctor. Prevention is similar before or after you do a facial treatment. Observe, protect, nourish, avoid addictions, and exercise joy in your life.

What is the downtime?

With our treatments being minimally invasive, this allows our patients to continue their daily routines with very little downtime. On average, typically healing time for our patients is anywhere from 7-10 days!
