What Happens During a Consultation?

During your facelift consultation, you’ll get one-on-one time to discuss your treatment goals and plan out your ImageLift™ Facelift procedure. Your Care Advisor will evaluate your facial anatomy to develop a personalized treatment plan and provide treatment recommendations. They’ll then explain exactly what you can expect leading up to, during, and after your surgery. This is a great time to ask any questions or bring up any concerns you may have about your ImageLift™ Facelift.

How Long Do Facelifts Last?

There are a lot of variables that contribute to the longevity of a facelift, including how you take care of yourself, general health, genetics, skin care, weight gain/weight loss, stress, etc.

Ultimately, the more we take care of ourselves, the longer facelifts tend to last. Most of our patients wait 5 to 15 years after an ImageLift™ Facelift before they decide to do additional cosmetic treatments.

What is the Right Age for an ImageLift™ Facelift?

Oftentimes, patients are concerned that they are either starting too early or waiting too long to start their cosmetic treatments. Generally, if you’re pulling your skin back along your jawline and like what you see, you could probably benefit from one of our ImageLift™ treatments regardless of your age.

Are ImageLift™ Facelift Incisions Noticeable?

Our ImageLifts have 3 total incision points. For each ear there is an incision that runs along the tragus, under the earlobe, and behind the ear. The last incision is located just under the chin. These placements ensure that your incisions are well hidden.

I went for my 7 day follow-up to the Image Lift surgery today and couldn't be more pleased with the results. I looked in the mirror after showering this morning and said to myself, "Where have you been?" It's been a long time since I've looked and felt this good, but I am still very much myself. Dr. Castellano was excellent! He was very attentive and listened to your questions and answered honestly. He took time to make sure that you are comfortable with proceeding with the procedure. And then his follow up afterwards was very informative and again he took time to answer questions and make sure you are pleased with the results.

Very detailed in what would work best for me but should have put my budget down as what was suggested is very expensive. Ok so I had finally got to meet Dr Castellano and as soon as he walked in I knew I had made the right choice. Besides his personal, engaging style he possesses a joy in his work that I have not seen in many doctors. It felt like I was in the hands of an artist that was drawing a picture rather than a doctor injecting fillers. I can see the results already! So it was easy after seeing the results of the fillers on my face to proceed forward under consult with the recommendation of Mariluz Fontanez to do either a CO2 Lazer or Mid Lift. I choose the midlift and couldn't be happier with the whole process and the results. I like what I see in the mirror again! It was painless and was out in public in under a week. The result was amazing. The entire staff were also impressed with what I looked like at the one week follow-up. I couldn’t be happier with the results of the procedures I’ve had at Image Lift. I had a mini-lift and upper lid bleph, in mid-October, this year. Dr Rich is so skilled and talented! He’s a true facial artist! Last year he did a lower lid bleph for me. I was so pleased with the results, then, that I knew I would be coming back for a mini-lift and upper eye bleph, when I was ready. Do I have go to sleep (general anesthesia) for this procedure?

All of our surgical procedures are done under local anesthesia! So there’s no need to go “under” for any of our treatments. Additionally, we offer a number of relaxation medications to ease discomfort and nerves during treatment. Patient safety and comfort is one of our core principles here at ImageLift.

What will my scars look like?

What is the downtime?

Our minimally invasive treatments allow patients to continue their daily routines within just a few days! Typically healing can be anywhere from 4-10 days on average.
