Dr. Rich Castellano
CEO & Founder
Dr. Castellano founded IMAGELIFT in 2012, with the goal of providing minimally invasive, office-based techniques and treatments in facial plastic surgery. His offices in Tampa and The Villages, FL utilize the latest and most innovative technology in the industry (surgical and non-surgical) while offering patients the next level of industry excellence and optimal medical care.

Dr. Kieliszak is dedicated to delivering natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s unique features. His unwavering dedication to collaboration and teamwork ensures that patients receive personalized care tailored to their individual needs and aspirations.
Dr. Kieliszak, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, brings a wealth of training experience from across the country, including Ohio, Northern California, and New York.

Erika Adipietro, APRN
Master Injector
As an experienced Master Injector, Erika is known for her precision, artistry, and use of combination treatments to create powerful yet natural-looking outcomes. Some of her favorite treatments include lip filler, wrinkle relaxers, and Sculptra. Erika earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida (Magna Cum Laude), a Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from the same institution, and a certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With 7+ years in Aesthetic Medicine, complemented by 8 years as a Critical Care Nurse, Erika brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to IMAGELIFT® Tampa. Her skills have been further refined through training with renowned expert Dr. Rich Castellano.
Janisse Watkins, AGPN-C
Master Injector
Janisse earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, and completed her Masters in Nursing, Adult Gerontology at Florida Southern College. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult Gerontology NursePractitioner. Some of Janisse’s favorite treatments include: lip filler, jawline contouring, and hand rejuvenation. Her signature hand rejuvenation treatment involves the skillful placement of filler to restore a more smooth, youthful look to the hands.
Jennifer Gold, PA-C
Master Injector
Jennifer earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and completed her Masters in Clinical Medicine Science at Barry University. She attended the Aesthetic Skin Institute and has certifications in the application of dermal fillers, lasers, and neuromodulators. She brings more than 5 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine and has trained with world-renowned aesthetics experts including: Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera and Dr. Richard Castellano. Some of Jennifer’s favorite treatments include lip filler and her signature “Nefertiti Lift,” which uses neuromodulators to non-invasively help tighten the neck and jawline area.
Maria Esparza
Medical Aesthetician
You will always see Maria with a smile on her face, as she truly loves her work and being a part of the IMAGELIFT® family. Maria graduated from The Academy of the Holy Names, where she currently sits on the Alumni Board. Maria later received her certificate in Laser Treatment and Facial Care at the prestigious Beauty & Health Institute. While there, she trained in the latest, most innovative aesthetic techniques, including microneedling, facial care, microdermabrasion, laser hair, removal, etc. She is also licensed as a Laser Technician and Facial Care Specialist with the State of Florida.
