Richard “Rich” Castellano, M.D. is a Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon and one of the top experts in his field. He specializes in lifting and tightening procedures, as well as the latest injection techniques.

Dr. Castellano founded IMAGELIFT in 2012, with the goal of providing minimally invasive, office-based techniques and treatments in facial plastic surgery. His offices in Tampa and The Villages, FL utilize the latest and most innovative technology in the industry (surgical and non-surgical) while offering patients the next level of industry excellence and optimal medical care.

Dedicated to delivering world-class care to his patients, he utilizes his extensive experience in office-based facial plastic surgery to ensure the best outcomes. As an expert in his field, Dr. Castellano provides coaching and mentorship to aesthetic professionals, including our very own Master Injectors. His passion for facial aesthetics and patient care led him to found Practice Profitability MD, where he guides plastic surgeons and their teams.

Attending the University of South Florida for both his undergraduate and Medical degree. He completed his surgical training at the prestigious Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Castellano went on to complete a fellowship year in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery studying with some of the world’s greatest experts in the field.

Tampa-native, Dr. Castellano, is a family man blessed with a wonderful wife, three beautiful children, and a furry, four-legged best friend. He is a practicing student of meditation and an avid reader. He and his wife also participate in mentoring efforts with an extensive list of worldwide contacts.

Jennifer earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and completed her Masters in Clinical Medicine Science at Barry University. She attended the Aesthetic Skin Institute and has certifications in the application of dermal fillers, lasers, and neuromodulators. She brings more than 5 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine and has trained with world-renowned aesthetics experts including: Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera and Dr. Richard Castellano.

Janisse strives to create a fully-customized experience aimed at boosting her patients’ confidence and empowering them to look and feel their best.

What sets Janisse’s work apart is her commitment to delivering culturally competent care – which allows her a deeper awareness of her patients’ needs, concerns, and desires. Janisse earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, and completed her Masters in Nursing, Adult Gerontology at Florida Southern College. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.

Maria later received her certificate in Laser Treatment and Facial Care at the prestigious Beauty & Health Institute. While there, she trained in the latest, most innovative aesthetic techniques, including microneedling, facial care, microdermabrasion, laser hair, removal, etc. She is also licensed as a Laser Technician and Facial Care Specialist with the State of Florida.

If you think Maria’s face looks familiar, chances are you have seen her performing with the Flamenco Company of dancers at Ybor’s historic Columbia Restaurant, where she has served 25+ years as the Artistic Department’s Director! Whenever she is not spending her free time directing her dancers or taking care of her two puppies, Tootsie and Cashew – you can find her studying and keeping updated on the latest skin care treatments!

Anita is a Medical Aesthetician and Certified Health Coach with 18+ years experience in the Dermatology industry. She combines her expertise with the latest innovations, top-of-the-line products, and state-of-the-art equipment to help her clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin.

“No matter what you do, give it 100%. Treat everyone the way you want to be treated,” is Anita’s mantra and one that is present in all aspects of her work. She is deeply passionate about her clients and works closely with them to create a customized plan to address their unique skin issues, needs and goals. Anita believes her nearly two decades in the Dermatology industry, working alongside some of the world’s best Dermatologists, help give her an advantage when it comes to treating the large array of skin problems and concerns clients can have. To provide her clients with “the best results,” she constantly seeks to expand her craft with training in the newest developments and technologies.

Some of Anita’s favorite treatments include: facials, chemical peels, microneedling, IPL, and lasers – especially when used in combination. She says: “There is no such thing as a one-and-done treatment. Your skin is an investment. We want to get your skin to its healthiest and use regular maintenance to keep it looking its best!”

Anita obtained her license in Skin Care and Massage from the Florida College Of Natural Health. She also attended the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, where she received her Health Coach Certification. This former Tennessee-native also loves sports and spending quality time with friends and loved ones. “You only live once” is another motto of Anita’s, and she is always up for a new adventure!
