About Our Doctors Richard D. Castellano, MD. - Education and Training Dr. Richard Castellano attended the University of South Florida for both his undergraduate degree and medical school. He completed his surgical training at the prestigious Indiana University School of Medicine, where he had the opportunity to contribute to numerous scientific publications and books in the field of plastic surgery. Dr. Richard Castellano went on to complete a fellowship year in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, studying with three former presidents of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
Experience Dr. Richard Castellano is dedicated to delivering world-class care to his patients utilizing his extensive experience in office-based facial plastic surgery. He has performed over 3,000 facelifts, mini-lifts and eyelifts making him one of the most experienced facial plastic surgeons in the US. In addition to first time, or primary face lifts, he has also performed hundreds of revision face lifts. His extensive experience helps him achieve natural looking results with a high degree of confidence. He has had the privilege to work with patients
all across the country, internationally, and from all walks of life, even
other facial surgeons. Dr. Richard Castellano has participated in medical mission work to help repair cleft-lip and cleft palate patients. He has also delivered emergency care to indigent and homeless patients, and is currently volunteering his services locally at the Judeo-Christian Clinic. Philosophy Dr. Richard Castellano considers himself blessed because he truly loves what he does. Each patient is unique and has their own special story, and it is a privilege to help people look and feel more youthful. Personal Dr. Richard Castellano is a native of Tampa, Florida and is a family man blessed with a wonderful wife and three beautiful children. He enjoys attending church, activities with his family and community service projects. He looks forward to some form of exercise each day and enjoys running, weight training, yoga, tennis and swimming. He is also an avid reader, and pursues knowledge and self improvement and is a practicing student of meditation. He and his wife also pursue mentoring efforts with an extensive list of worldwide contacts. Recently he announced his family's latest endeavor, the Castellano Charitable Foundation. This foundation is dedicated to raising community awareness of the need for local, national, and international giving. Dominic M. Castellano, MD. - Education and Training Dr. Dominic Castellano received his undergraduate degree with high honors from the University of Florida. He went on to receive his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in head and neck surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Dominic Castellano then dedicated an additional year of training to Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery by completing a fellowship at the University of Texas in Houston. Dr. Dominic Castellano has extensive experience in minimally invasive facial, eyelid, and skin procedures, including little to no down-time treatments like Botox, the latest cosmetic injectable fillers and laser treatments. Dr. Dominic Castellano is board certified in head and neck surgery, and he has a number of professional affiliations. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.
